My Husband and myself went to this store today with absolutely no idea of what we was looking for. A member of staff (Craig) came to ask if we needed any help as it was pretty obvious we were struggling. He spent the best part of 2 hours helping us try to decide what we wanted. He lugged different tiles from one end to the other to try and match what we needed. NOTHING was too much trouble for him at all. He explained the difference between the properties of each tile and helped with the measurements, the grout, adhesive and trim. I was honestly gobsmacked at his amazing customer service, patience and knowledge. I can't recommend this place enough. Plus the variety of stock, quality and price is amazing. 5 stars plus from us

I always buy materials from here when I have bathroom construction projects or when I install tiles and floor tiles. They have a very wide range and the lowest price, I have not found a lower price for these materials from anyone yet, they also have a pretty good range of tools that are needed for laying tiles, and many others. They also have a pretty large showroom where you can see what the final project will look like. It is for the public and for the traders. If you have a tile project, don't hesitate to come here to get the necessary materials.
