2 – Send Us Your Shopping List
- Add each product and the quantity you need to your Shopping List.
- Pick how you would like us to contact you (phone, email or WhatsApp).
- Click Send List. We check stock, choose the best delivery method and email a full quote, usually within one working day.
3 – Pricing
- If you’ve chosen to have your order delivered, we’ll include the cost of delivery in your quote
- We look at weight, pallet space, postcode and service level.
- Adding adhesive and grout often costs very little extra because they ride on the same pallet.

5 – Checking Your Order
- Please look over every box when it arrives.
- Note any damage on the driver’s paperwork.
- Let us know about hidden issues within 48 hours and send photos. We will sort replacements or refunds with you directly.
6 – Returns
You can return full, unopened boxes within 30 days. You can bring them into any of our stores, or pay the return carriage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
